Bristol Bay Reserve
Bristol Bay Reserve (BBR) is a voluntary association of fishing vessel owners operating primarily in the Bristol Bay drift net salmon fishery.
BBR has a new incentive program! Starting immediately, members who submit proof of completion of a Drill Instructor course (NPFVOA or AMSEA) AND proof of completion of a USCG Dockside Exam - will receive a $500 credit toward their premium. Contact our office with any questions.
Upcoming dates for NPFVOA's upcoming Small Vessel Drill Instructor Courses: Feb 22, March 25 and April 18. These classes are not listed on their site, but you can sign up or obtain more information by calling them at 206-285-3383 or going to their website: http://www.npfvoa.org/. Our members pay the discounted rate.

- Hull Damage Claim Report
- Personal Injury Claim Report-1 -- to be completed by vessel owner
- Personal Injury Claim Report-2 -- to be completed by crew member
- Required Safety Equipment Form --To be completed by surveyor and submitted with survey which is required every three years.
